We are pleased to report that our Neighbourhood Plan has passed its
independent examination. The next stage is to take it to referendum.
You, the residents of the village will have the opportunity to decide if the
plan will be used to help determine all future development decisions
affecting our village.
The referendum will be organised by Stratford District Council. The plan
must be signed off by their portfolio holder, then there will be a statutory
notice of 28 days before the referendum. The anticipated date for the
referendum would be early next year, hopefully January.
We have had our Neighbourhood Plan reviewed by an Independant party and adjusted as per their comments. The Neighbourhood Plan is now ready to be voted on and if approved, put into place.
